Returns & Refund Policy — FNQ Industrial 3D

At FNQI-3D, we stand behind the quality of our Australian-made products. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days.

30-Day Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns (including if a part doesn't suit your setup), the customer pays return postage. Original shipping on change-of-mind returns is not refunded.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match the product description, contact us and we will cover return postage and offer a replacement, repair or full refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at fnqi3d@outlook.com or 0488 961 994 with your order number and the reason for the return (with photos for faulty items). We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will send you return instructions.

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
