CorroLock Corrugated Iron Mounting Block
Locks across 2 corrugations — no twisting, no slipping
160 mm wide • 4 heights • 3 colours • Blanking cap includedMounting lights, sensors or junction boxes on corrugated iron is a pain — a flat fitting on a wavy sheet rocks, twists and leaves gaps. CorroLock fixes that. The back is shaped to the corrugations so it seats flush and locks across two of them, giving you a solid, flat face to mount your fitting to.
A hidden recess behind the face keeps wiring, connectors and resistors tucked away, with a cable exit slot and a press-in blanking cap for a clean finish.
Features
Back cut to the corrugated profile, so it sits flush and can’t twist or slide.
Room behind the face for wiring, connectors, resistors and small electrical hardware.
Run cable out the bottom slot, or press in the included cap to close it off.
4 holes line up over the corrugation crests, the same way roof screws are fixed.
Ideal for outdoor lights, sensors, cameras, junction boxes, switches and signs.
Pick the colour that best suits your cladding.
Sizes

| 160 × 300 mm | 27 mm | 32 × 270 mm | 76 × 264 mm |
Recess is approx. 19 mm deep. Cable exit slot approx. 14 × 10 mm. Holes 5.5 mm, countersunk — suit 10g / M5 screws.
How to Install
| 1 | Sit the block over two corrugations where you want your fitting, with the cable slot facing down. |
| 2 | Mark the 4 screw holes (over the crests) and, if you’re bringing cable through the wall, your cable entry inside the recess area. |
| 3 | Drill the cable entry through the sheet inside the recess — it stays hidden behind the block. |
| 4 | Fix with 4 × 10g roofing screws with sealing washers. Screw into a girt or frame behind the sheet where possible. |
| 5 | Mount your fitting to the flat face. Run cable out the slot, or press in the blanking cap. |
Fixed electrical wiring must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Check Your Fit
Suits standard corrugated iron with crests about 76 mm apart and about 16–17 mm deep — e.g. Custom Orb, Stramit Corrugated, Wallclad and similar 762 mm cover sheets.
Quick check: measure from the top of one corrugation to the top of the next. Not suitable for Trimdek, Spandek or Klip-Lok profiles — message us about versions for those.
