Removable rodent & frog strainer with tapered locking fit

Fits 90mm PVC stormwater downpipe

Open downpipe outlets are a free highway for pests. Rats, mice, green tree frogs, cane toads and snakes climb straight up into gutters, roof spaces and walls. Most guards either glue in for good, clog with leaves, or wash out in the first big storm.

This guard locks into the pipe with a tapered expanding fit, lets water flow freely, and the strainer unscrews by hand for cleaning. No glue. No drilling. 100% removable.

Tapered locking mechanism – one M4 stainless bolt spreads the fingers against the pipe wall. Won't wash out.

Threaded strainer – unscrews by hand for cleaning while the body stays locked in.

Full flow – slots on the face and all the way around the side keep water moving, even with leaves on top.

Built for the tropics – UV-stable ASA with stainless hardware.

How to Install

1	Clear any leaves or mud from the top of the pipe.
2	Unscrew the strainer from the body.
3	Slide the body into the pipe until the shoulder sits on the pipe lip.
4	Tighten the M4 centre bolt with a 3mm hex key until snug – don't overtighten.
5	Screw the strainer back on by hand. To clean, just unscrew it, tap out the leaves and refit.
